CR Quarter Horses believes it all starts with a solid foundation: excellent bone & feet, conformation, great minds, athletic ability, versatility, foundation bloodlines and color.  Our offspring are some of the most versatile athletes. They have been used in a multitude of arenas and areot only are they athletic and have a sound mind, but they also have an eye appeal that makes them a complete package.

CR Quarter Horses is the former home of Jackies Gold Bee ("Jack").  He is a homozygous gray with a very high percentage of foundation bloodlines. He is the son of Gold Fingers and grandson of Jackie Bee.  He is 16 hands tall, 1400 lbs, has excellent bone and feet, outstanding confirmation, athletic, a huge hip and forearm and a baby doll face with warm eyes that will win your heart and produce an outstanding foal.  His dam was purchased in 1990, at Duane Walkers dispersal sale.

Jack was purchased in 2012 by Mr. & Mrs. Tom & Mary Sue Nelson of the HK RANCHand now resides in Placedo, Texas.  Spring of 2014 will bring his second crop of colts for the HK Ranch. We have partnered with the HK Ranch. The HK Ranch currently has 2 & 3-year-old colts in training by Jackies Gold Bee, along with a suburb crop of 2013 foals. We have a few daughters of Jackies Gold Bee in Kansas, along with a few other broodmares at the HK Ranch.

In October 2013, CR Quarter sold Beau Olena Do "Dunny." Crossing Jackies Gold Bee daughters with Dunny provided a great cross in bloodlines and some variety in color for us but due to market conditions we have decided to cut back on raising horses and spend more time raising and training a select few. We will offer a few horses for sale from time to time. We are ever more focused on quality in each horse we raise, rather than quantity. We appreciate all of the business we have had in the past and we look forward to continue to hearing stories about Jackies Gold Bee and Beau Olena Do's colts performing.
