Here is your all-around gelding.  Wessel is a finished heading and heeling horse that is excellent in the box and also quiet. He has the speed to get to the fast cattle but also rates well, he will also make the corner for you heeling.  This gelding has been used in the feedlot off and on for the last three years.  He will really watch a cow and does a super job sorting too.  He is sure footed in all conditions as well.  Wessel has also been roped on some outside. We have taken this gelding around the barrels a few times and he has the speed and ability to be competitive at barrel racing.  He is quick out of the box and has an awesome stop which would also make calf roping a possiblity.  This horse has an outstanding disposition, he is easy to shoe, trim, worm and give shots.  He is too much horse for an inexperienced rider and this does not mean he bucks it just means he has a lot of gas and if you ask for it he will put you there.  A lot of time has been put into this horse and his mind reflects that, he will do whatever you ask him too.  A gelding with unlimited potential to do it all and he is just the right age.  We are working on a DVD of him and hope to have some of the video up soon on the web site.  Wessel is a grandson of Doc's Oak, great grandson of Freckles Playboy and Lucky Star Mac.  You can view his full pedigree at www.allbreedpedigree.com.  $10,000
